Are you interested in making a difference without having to give up a large amount of your time?

We are looking for patients who are interested in being consulted on existing services and new developments via email OR taking part in our successful patient group.

We would like to hear comments and views from ALL patients registered at Ashville Medical Practice and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to have their voice heard.

This may involve short surveys, ad hoc consultation on proposed changes, attendance at meetings or simply giving us feedback, both positive and negative.  We will also keep you updated on any decisions made as a result of your involvement.

All your personal information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
